Cascadia Center for Arts & Crafts ("CCAC," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how long we retain it.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect personal information in the following ways:
• Class registration: When you register for a class through our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information via Wix Bookings.
• Contact form: When you submit our Contact form or Instruct With Us form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any information you choose to provide. Form submissions are received by CCAC staff via a shared board email address.
• Newsletter signup: When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address via Mailchimp.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
• Process class registrations and send booking confirmations
• Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact forms
• Send newsletters and class announcements to subscribers who have opted in
• Maintain records necessary for our nonprofit operations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information collected through class registrations, contact forms, and the Instruct With Us form for up to 3 years from the date of collection, consistent with standard nonprofit record-keeping practices. After this period, records are securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Newsletter subscriber information is retained for as long as you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time, after which your email address will be removed from active mailing lists.

We use the following third-party services to operate our website. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Givebutter (donation processing): givebutter.com/privacy
PAYMENT INFORMATION
CCAC does not directly store payment card details. Payment processing is handled securely by Wix Payments and Givebutter, each of which maintains their own security and privacy standards.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@cascadiaart.org. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
