Cancellation Policy

If a workshop is cancelled due to public health policy changes or low enrollment, you will be notified at least 14 days prior and receive a full refund.

Important dates for students who need to cancel:​

  • 21+ days: 100% refund less $15 admin fee

  • 14-20 days: 50% refund

  • Fewer than 14 days: No refunds

To cancel, email: info@cascadiaart.org with your name and the class you registered for. We do not currently offer online self-service cancellation — all changes are handled personally by our team.​

CCAC's Class Cancellation & Registration Policy:

If the minimum enrollment of three (3) students is not met at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled class start date, CCAC reserves the right to cancel the class without obligation, upon timely notice to the instructor. Registration closes one (1) week prior to the class start date. If the minimum enrollment has been met, late registration may be permitted with instructor approval. Students seeking to register after the deadline must email CCAC to inquire about availability.
