Volunteer

There are many opportunities to help the Cascadia Center; with either your donated time, materials or both.  We can use anyone who is handy with a hammer, paint brush, or any other maintenance skills.

Cascadia Center welcomes good quality supplies and equipment for future classes.   Please use the form below to volunteer or donate materials. We are currently in need of ladders, step stools, and asst. tools for maintenance. (hammers, screw drivers, wrenches…and blacksmithing tools and anvils!)  We are also looking for 2 large capacity propane tanks.

You can also volunteer to teach a class or workshop at the Cascadia Center to support the project.  Our interests are varied, and would like to hear from you as to your field of expertise, and class/workshop description, teaching credentials and past teaching venues..  Besides all of the “arts” which we have studio space for at this time, possible classes would be in the field of environment, literature,  drama and music. You can donate your time and the tuition goes back into the project.  CCAC would supply the studio space at no charge.

CCAC is a 501 ( c ) (3), nonprofit, public charity organization.  Any donation to CCAC is deductible to the extent the law allows.  You will receive a Donor Acknowledgement Letter for your tax records.

The CCAC directors and staff are all volunteers. Most instructors give partial tuition to the project for the above efforts and all instructors pay to use the studios for their workshops and classes, which in turn goes back into the project.
