Agreement

Please take a moment to complete our COVID Agreement before registering for your class.

Once you complete this form, you will be redirected to the Class Registration page.

  • At the Cascadia Center For Arts and Crafts, our top priority is the health and safety of our students, instructors and staff.

Due to the Covid 19 virus. ALL students, no matter what age, will be REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES. If you do not have a mask, CCAC will have masks available. If you feel this will cause difficulty in breathing during class, and especially your sessions at the forge … please DO NOT sign up for this class. Only at lunch break can masks be removed, and at this time we will use the 6 ft ‘social distancing’ rule, as well as in the shop and class. Outdoor or indoor tables (if it rains) will be provided for lunch and breaks. Depending on class: CCAC provides a ‘student tool kit’ for each registered student which is sanitized after each class. Each student is responsible for the tools and will be checked during kit return at the end of the class. Hand sanitizer, and hand sanitizing soap and wash stations will be set up. No students or instructors can be excused from practicing these Covid 19 precautions while at CCAC. We appreciate your thinking of this BEFORE you register. IF you cannot comply during the class, you will be requested to leave, and will forfeit your class tuition. Thank you for reading the requirements and respecting this very important request. Enjoy your class at CCAC!
